Eligible customers are (1) residents of Tampa, Orlando, Miami, West Palm Beach, or Seattle of the United States (the “Qualifying Metros”), (2) current Amazon Prime members, (3) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, and (4) shopping for a vehicle at Amazon Autos (“Eligible Customers”). Current employees or affiliates of dealerships that are sellers on Amazon Autos or of Hyundai Motor America, Kia America, Mazda Motor of America, Subaru of America, Stellantis North America, and General Motors Company are not eligible. Eligible Customers shopping at Amazon Autos may receive a purchase incentive in the form of one (1) Amazon.com Gift Card valued at a total of one thousand dollars ($1,000) subject to the terms and conditions herein (the “Incentive”). The Incentive is available to Eligible Customers on the purchase or lease of all new vehicles listed on Amazon Autos; offer not valid on used vehicles. Incentive is available on new vehicles purchased or leased at Amazon Autos between July 1st, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. (PT) and July 31st, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (PT). Vehicle orders must be placed at Amazon Autos before the Incentive expires. Orders placed after the Incentive expires will not be eligible for the Incentive. The Incentive will be provided via email within two (2) weeks after the vehicle has been picked up from a dealership. There is no maximum benefit you may receive from the Incentive; all qualifying purchases or leases will receive the Incentive. Incentive may not be combined with other special offers except where specified. Amazon.com Gift Cards are non-transferable, not available for cash, and may not be resold. Vehicle purchase or lease must be initiated and completed at Amazon Autos. Vehicles purchased in cash, leased, or financed are eligible for the Incentive. To receive the Incentive, you must: apply for and receive credit approval (auto-approval or conditional approval with stipulations) at Amazon Autos if you are financing or leasing, make payment as instructed, and execute required documents at Amazon Autos or, if electronic signature is unavailable at Amazon Autos, sign required documents at the participating dealership. After the documents have been signed, the Incentive will not be provided if the deal structure is modified, including but not limited to, adding a co-buyer, switching to a lease from a purchase (or vice versa), or selecting a different vehicle. Financed or leased vehicles are subject to the lender’s credit approval guidelines and policies. Well-qualified buyers on approved credit only and not all customers will qualify. Down payment may be required. Must take delivery of purchased vehicle by August 3rd, 2026. Incentive offer good while supplies last. In the event of suspected fraud or abuse or other unforeseen events, Amazon may discontinue, modify, or reject the Incentives in its sole discretion. This Incentive is available exclusively to customers purchasing or leasing vehicles at participating dealerships in the Qualifying Metros. Participating dealers on Amazon Autos may not be available in your area. Amazon.com Gift Cards never expire. Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel the Incentives at any time. In the rare case that a purchased vehicle that is eligible for an Incentive is returned before the Incentive is issued, the buyer will no longer be eligible to receive the applicable Incentive. Any applicable federal, state, or local tax obligations, including any tax implications related to the receipt of an Amazon.com Gift Card, related to participation in this program are your responsibility.
